Full suspension and hardtail MTB repairs in North Cardiff since 2019.

We carry out most aspects of servicing and repairs to mountain bikes including full suspension, and electric mountain bikes.

  • General servicing including torque check and setting
  • Tyre replacement including tubeless

Hub Service & Repairs

Replacing Hope Pro 4 hub pawls, we have a longer lasting solution than the OE springs which tend to rust if they go anywhere near moisture.

Orange Pro 4, New Cassette

Upgrade cassette, service Pro 4, and fresh Stans in the tubeless Kryptotal tyre.

Magura service - clean, piston check and lube, and new pads.

Headsets

Clean, regrease, and reassembly including torquing of headset bearings and bolts.

E-MTBs serviced and support

Routine maintenance, warranty support, troubleshooting, coding, mainly for Shimano Steps systems including e7000, e8000, and ep8 motors. We can upgrade chain rings, clean and replace cranks, etc.
